A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, Feb. 15 at 11 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, W204 N11940 Goldendale Road, Germantown. Also survived by his foster parents, Clark and the late Jean Brandenberg when Alex was in Panama. Lloyd also brings international experience to the Aggie program, having worked with the Foshan Lions in Guangdong, China, during the summer of 2013 as well as with the Belize National Team during the summer of 2010. Alex Lloyd was a hopeful young basketball mentor from Whitnall High School who died Tuesday. That year, the freshman team went a perfect 22-0 for the season. Lloyd has an extensive coaching background at both the collegiate and professional levels.
